Johannes Bayer has been a State Certified Specialty Glass and Glazing Contractor in Florida since 2012 and Luisa Bayer obtained her General Contractor certification in 2018. For the past five years, the company has been working in the custom home remodel and new construction industry.

With over 15 years of practical experience in the construction industry in Florida, we bring to the market an integrated services around windows and doors from consulting, sales, installation, service and maintenance, to all general contracting scopes of work, delivering a complete hands-on specialized service.
BWT continues to specialize in German and European Fenestration Technology and operates with a solid well experienced network of manufacturer, suppliers, vendors, installers and technicians from or based out of Germany.

Our Foundation

BAYER WinTech is a dedicated team proudly led by the father-daughter duo, Johannes Bayer and Luisa Bayer.

After more than 30 years of experience in the Window and Door industry, Johannes Bayer knew there was more to the quality product itself, which is the reason BAYER WinTech came to be in 2015 when daughter, Luisa Bayer, became partner and expanded the company to offer all-encompassing general contracting services.

With extensive experience and skills in the Timber Fenestration business, Johannes Bayer was partner and president of - SicherWohnen Bayer GmbH - a German Window and Door manufacturer specialized in burglary and bullet resistant windows and doors. The family business established in 1950 in Germany, starting out as a Millwork & Cabinet Shop and specializing in Windows and Doors since the 1970s. The passion was and still is for quality wooden products.

Having moved to Florida in 2003, Johannes Bayer worked as operational manager for Tischler und Sohn Ltd. and Peetz Windows and Doors, Inc. Both well-recognized firms in the high-end residential window & door industry specialized in Hurricane Impact Resistant.
